NRI Family Support Coordination · Kerala

A steady local point of contact, when family is far away.

When you live away from Kerala, arranging support for someone you love can mean many calls and unanswered questions. A named Primacy coordinator gets to know the situation, follows through on agreed actions, and keeps the right family members informed.

One local contact. A plan shaped around their wishes. Updates agreed with you.

A familiar voice in Kerala

Care decisions are easier when someone local can listen, coordinate and keep you in the loop.

A clear first step

For families making care work across distance

A little closer, even from another time zone.

This service is for families who want a reliable local contact and a thoughtful way to keep support organised — whether daily care is already in place or not.

01

Your parent or loved one lives in Kerala while you live abroad or elsewhere in India.

02

You need someone to coordinate existing caregivers or services and follow up on agreed tasks.

03

Appointments, hospital discharge or changing support needs are difficult to manage remotely.

04

You want a local point of contact and agreed updates, even before daily care is needed.

A practical bridge, not another layer of care

What your coordinator can help bring together

The exact work is agreed for each family and depends on the selected package, consent, local availability and a written care plan.

01

Care planning

Understand the situation, record practical priorities and agree a plan with the person and family.

02

Wellbeing check-ins

Arrange check-ins at the agreed frequency and share relevant observations with authorised contacts.

03

Caregiver & service coordination

Follow up with existing caregivers and other providers, with the family’s authorisation.

04

Appointment follow-up

Help coordinate appointment arrangements and follow up on agreed next steps.

05

Hospital-to-home planning

Help the family organise the practical transition home after a hospital stay.

06

Family updates & review

Share updates through the agreed channel and review the plan as circumstances change.

Clear roles make support safer.

This is a coordination and oversight service. It can be arranged even when Primacy does not provide the caregiver. Coordinators may liaise with clinicians, but do not diagnose, provide clinical care, or make clinical decisions. The service does not replace the family, the person’s own choices, their treating team or emergency services.

From first conversation to follow-through

A plan everyone can understand.

01

Tell us what is happening.

A free initial discussion helps us understand your concern and the location in Kerala.

02

Agree the assessment and plan.

We confirm the assessment scope, any onboarding fee, the person’s wishes, authorised contacts and practical actions.

03

Choose the appropriate package.

Before starting, you receive the inclusions, frequency, fees, service boundaries and third-party costs in writing.

04

Stay connected.

A named coordinator follows up on agreed actions and updates authorised contacts. We review the arrangement as needs change.

Before you decide

A one-time onboarding and comprehensive assessment fee of ₹2,500–₹5,000 may apply. It may be waived for eligible arrangements of three months or more on Coordinated or Concierge, subject to approval.

Caregivers, nurses, doctors, hospitals, transport, medication, tests, equipment and other third-party services are charged separately. The written agreement confirms check-in method and frequency, service hours, location, response arrangements and reasonable-use limits. Priority assistance is not unlimited; this service cannot respond to emergencies.

Prices and package inclusions are subject to confirmation by Primacy management and to location and service availability. The first discussion is free; any paid assessment or onboarding cost will be explained before you proceed.

A relationship built on clarity

What families can expect from us

  • The person’s preferences and consent guide the support plan.
  • Together, we agree who may receive updates, what they include, and how often they are shared.
  • Agreed actions are recorded and followed up within the confirmed service scope.
  • If needs change, we review what is practical and available before changing the plan.

Good questions to ask

Frequently asked questions

Can you coordinate care if we already have a caregiver?

Yes. We can discuss an agreed scope, subject to the person’s authorisation and cooperation from the providers involved.

Does the monthly fee include a caregiver or nurse?

No. The monthly fee covers the agreed coordination package only. Direct care and other third-party costs are separate.

Can we set this up from overseas?

The first discussion can happen remotely. Before service starts, the team confirms the assessment, availability at the exact location, consent and written agreement.

Will we receive updates?

Yes. The recipients, channel, content and frequency are agreed in the care plan and depend on the selected package and consent.

Is the first consultation free?

The first discussion is free. A separate one-time fee may apply to comprehensive assessment and onboarding; we will disclose it before proceeding.

Is this a 24/7 emergency service?

No. Agreed support hours and escalation contacts are set out in the care plan. For an immediate medical emergency, contact local emergency services and the treating team.

A conversation, not a commitment

You can stay involved, even when you cannot be there in person.

Tell us a little about your family’s situation. We will listen, check the location and explain the next step. Please do not include detailed medical records or diagnoses in your first enquiry.
