Our Services
Primacy In-Home Care provides professional in-home healthcare services across Kerala, including personal care, nursing care, palliative care, rehabilitation, and care coordination. All services are delivered by trained, verified professionals following Australian clinical standards. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to care team availability.
Bookings & Assessments
Initial assessments are provided free of charge with no obligation. Care plans are developed based on assessment outcomes and agreed upon with the client and family. Service schedules, fees, and terms are confirmed in writing before care begins. Cancellations require 24 hours notice. We reserve the right to modify service availability with reasonable notice.
Client & Family Responsibilities
Clients and families agree to provide accurate health and personal information, maintain a safe environment for our caregivers, communicate any changes in health status or care needs promptly, treat care staff with respect and dignity, and make timely payments as per the agreed care plan. Failure to maintain a safe working environment may result in service modification or suspension.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver the highest standard of care, Primacy In-Home Care is not liable for outcomes beyond our reasonable control. Our caregivers follow established clinical protocols and care plans. Any concerns about care quality should be reported immediately so we can take corrective action. We carry appropriate professional indemnity insurance for all services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kottayam, Kerala. We encourage resolution through direct communication before pursuing formal legal channels.
